We as a family, actively show in the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry Shows, traveling across Nebraska ,
Kansas , Oklahoma and Colorado, showing, promoting and building a reputation for our horses.
Our first stallion LARAMIE BLUES (now deceased), a1999 true Blue Roan, is the FQHR 2000 National
Grand Champion Stallion, many of his daughters are in our brood mare band. He accumulated over
40 Halter points and stood Grand Champion 7 times in Ne ,KS, and CO. He earned several
performance points and numerous performance class placings his 3 yr old year, but was euthanized due to
complications from an accident before his 4 year old show season. Many of his sons and daughters have
gone on to earn FQHR points in halter and performance.
Our current stallion WYO BLUE CHIPS, a 2000 Grullo Roan , is the 2005 FQHR National Grand
Champion, 2004 Nebraska Affiliate High Point Stallion,2006 Nebraska Affiliate High
Point Amateur Stallion, and also a Producer of FQHR National Champions, when both his
2005 Weanling Filly CHIPS DIXIE BLUES and 2005 Weanling Stud Colt WATCH THE BLUE CHIPS won their
classes at the 2005 FQHR National Show.
WYO BLUE CHIPS has earned over 30 Halter points, standing Grand Champion Stallion 6
times in KS,NE and CO, and has also earned over 100 FQHR combined Performance
points in Ranch Cutting, Reining, Team Sorting, Working Ranch (cow) Horse , Ranch Pleasure,Handy
Ranch (trail) , Barrels. Poles, Keyhole and Stake Race. He is a truly versatile athlete!
WYO BLUE CHIPS colts are known not only for their outstanding conformation, but also for their laid back,
easy to get along with disposition. In 2006 his first colts were just turning 2 years old and being started to ride,
all the comments I have heard from people starting these colts have been positive, they are known to be
"smart" , "easy to get along with" and "want to please." Just like DAD! Several are making a name for
themselves ,as just 2 year olds olds, competing in classes against horse of all ages.
